Cancelation Policy
At Cupido, we pour heart and expertise into every profile, photo, and styling session. Because our services are personalized and creative in nature, we offer refunds only under specific circumstances:
•     Digital Services (e.g., profile writing): Refunds are available only if the service has not yet been initiated. Once writing has begun or a draft has been delivered, refunds are not applicable.
•     Photography & Styling Sessions:  If canceled with sufficient notice (see Cancellation Policy below), a partial refund may be issued. No refunds will be given for missed appointments or no-shows.
•     Gift Cards:  All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, please contact us at management@cupido.ca within 7 days of your scheduled service. We’ll review your request with care and respond within 3 business days.

Eligibility: Refunds are only issued for services that meet the following criteria:

Canceled within 24 hours time frame

Service was not delivered as promised

Process: To request a refund, please contact us at managament@cupido.ca within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order number and reason for the request.
 
- 
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
 
Exceptions
- 
Digital products, downloadable content, and personalized services are non-refundable.
 - 
Sale items and promotional offers are final sale unless otherwise stated.
